Learning Council
Our Pupil Learning Council allows our children to be effective contributors in regards to their learning. One child is elected from each class to bring forward opinions and views from their peers about the curriculum and their learning experiences.
The main aim of the Learning Council is to make children more aware of what good learning and what good learning behaviour looks like.
Overall we want ...
...to make children more aware of how and what they learn.
...to make children more aware of what good learning is.
...pupil input into what makes a good lesson.
...children more involved in the learning process.
...to look at learning environments and sharing learning.
The group will meet at least twice per term with each meeting having a specific focus - this year we are looking for Magic Moments in Learning.
