Ahoy there, it's the 'Little Lighthouse Crew' here!  You will be wondering who we are?

We are a small group of Primary 7 prefects that are going to keep you up to date with our new class project, 'The Little Lighthouse.'

Yesterday, on our first day back to school, we unexpectedly received a blank lighthouse monument into OUR class.  We are now responsible for designing and decorating it and here is the best part...we get to KEEP it!

CLAN Cancer Support, the North-East's leading Cancer support and well-being charity, is looking for schools and community youth groups to get involved in the Little Lights Education Programme.  They are giving schools the opportunity to get involved in the Lighthouse Trail!  It sounds so much fun and we feel really excited to have been given one!

Mrs Sutherland had told us to keep it a secret so she doesn't actually know we are posting from her account! The Little Lighhouse Crew won't give too much away but we will tease you with spoilers from the classroom so you can keep up with the progress of the project.
